Colleague testimonials

I joined CyDen two years ago as a Production Operative and have since been promoted to Float Operative. The company has given me chance to build valuable skills, take on new responsibilities, and build strong working relationships on the shop floor. The role has given me the chance to challenge myself and continue developing in a supportive team environment.

Maksymilian Francuz – Float Operative

I joined CyDen as a year in industry student in the Engineering Skincare team while studying Biomedical Engineering at Swansea university. I was keen to gain hands on experience in a real-world setting especially in a medical technology company, and CyDen has provided that. From the beginning I have been trusted with working independently on tasks that are meaningful to current projects, and also to contribute to projects and decisions. My team is very helpful and supportive, they are there when I need guidance but also allow space for me to take ownership of my work. Overall, this experience has helped me grow professionally and personally and I would highly recommend CyDen to any students who are looking for a valuable year in industry experience.

Jeena Dhillon – Year in Industry Placement Student

I’ve been with CyDen for almost five years, starting as an apprentice. In that time, I’ve completed my Level 3 qualification, am now in my final year of university, and progressed into a Junior Process Engineer role. Along the way I’ve gained experience across different areas of the business, not just engineering, which has broadened my knowledge and helped me find a role I truly enjoy. The training, support, and variety of projects I’ve been involved in have really helped me develop my skills and confidence.
